Position: 1

Title: Scrum Master

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 1-2 years

Bill Rate: $80 MAX

Must Have:

2 Scrum Master Rock Star candidate needed Will directly report to CTO  Must be big data focused - look at a few resumes on job boards and you will see what their background needs to look like.  The IT work is under optimum - United healthcare.  Will explain on call tomorrow.

Title: Hadoop Big Data Architect

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 1-2 years

Bill Rate: $70 - (there is flexibility on this one – the rate is actually open)

Must Have:

Map R (Hadoop/Big Data space) architect type role that can set up HBase, HCatalog and implement best practices around Map R.

Position: 3

Title: Talend ETL Resource

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 1-2 years

Bill Rate: $70- (there is flexibility on this one – the rate is actually open)

Must Have:

Talend resources. Senior roles, who can establish ETL framework, establish best practices, automate Code Management/versioning, and train Optum teams.
