Duration: 4+ months
CRITICAL: candidates with web applications - e-commerce,online support applications
Must:
Experience communicating to external customers, supporting external customers, etc.
This is an External website - experience supporting web master, supporting applications.
Application support if they have supported the following applications that would be great: ecommerce apps , RMA, online registrations
They don't need a developer, but someone with fundamental technical knowledge
Basic html knowledge
Exp on site core is nice to have because they are on Site Core, however Fundamental cms knowledge is ok Will do localization, copy and paste language.
If they came from a Multi-language environment that would be great! Has English as native language.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional way to a successful conclusion.
Solve technical issues for customers by investigating problems, prioritizing and escalating issue reports, managing and optimizing issue workflow and proactively identifying support needs.
Learn the process, work on cases to understand the nuances of the process and master it to quickly become a subject matter expert.
Work with leadership and members of other teams to function as the voice of the customer for improving our web and portals.
Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools.
Analyze customer inquiries data and set the appropriate action plan by discussing with the team.
Support content entry into CMS for web
Requirements:
3 years or more work experience Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building strong relationships
Experience with software or web products testing and bug tracking system Web content creation experience with html and JQuery
Ability to be functional and be flexible in a fast-paced environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
Self-motivated, proactive team player driven to uncover the secrets of customer inspiration
Fast learner who can problem solve and troubleshoot issues independently
Efficient worker that has a strong attention to detail and is well organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Content Management System (Teamsite and Sitecore) experience
A demonstrated passion for the web and its users Detailed oriented person
Additional language knowledge (Chinese, Korean or Russian) would be a plus but not required
