Additional Minimum Qualifications

·         5 years of experience with Siebel Business technical analyst authoring business requirements, use cases, business processes, logical diagrams, traceability matrices, functional designs, ERD diagrams and integration mapping matrix.

·         Extensive experience in conducting Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions

·         5 years of experience with Siebel administration including definition and maintenance of Siebel responsibilities, state models, List of values, employee skills and other seed data maintenance

·         5 years of experience with Siebel tools and being able to map Siebel Screens and views to Siebel business objects, business components, applets, fields, tables and columns

·         5 years of experience with Siebel implementation including Siebel integration using Web services.

·         5 years of experience with Siebel Testing and quality assurance processes

·         5 years' experience in Siebel implementation with at least 3 years full lifecycle implementations
