Job Description
• ITIL awareness
• Experienced in performance testing, benchmarking, load testing using automation tools like Load Runner, Silk Performer
• Basic knowledge of AR System Objects, Trouble Shooting, and configurations
• End to end knowledge on ITSM applications lifecycle for IM, PM, CM and AM
• Understanding of CMDB
• Responsible for the overall success of testing
• Review and understanding of business requirements and technical design
• Analysis and creation of formal documentation – including project test plans, reports and test cases
• Devise Test Strategy depending on project needs
• Provides resource planning, management and resolution of issues that impede the test effort
• Interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks
• Establishes the purpose and deliverables of the test effort
• Manage changes to project/test scope
• Communicate status to management
• Defect Management
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Strong planning and leadership skills
• Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing test scripts
• Ensure timely completion of module deliverables, meeting the specified quality levels
