Job Title: Hadoop Big data Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description
· Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications.
· Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
· Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
· Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree and 4 yrs. of experience or Master's Degree with 2 yrs. of experience in Computer Science or related field
· 4 years of experience building scalable eCommerce applications or mobile software
· Work with Java and other related technologies to design and develop robust high-performance and scalable applications for use within the client's product ecosystem
· Hands on experience with Hadoop, Hive and other BigData technologies.
· Strong RDBMS knowledge required, preferably MongoDB or Oracle or MySQL…
· Scripting language is must, preferably Python or Shell…
· Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions across all environments
· Utilize industry research to improve Client's technology environment.
· Strong computer science fundamentals
