Position: SalesForce ServiceMax developer

Job Description:

·         Total 8 yrs of work exp.

·         Appx 3 years of experience in ServiceMax Design and Development

·         Min 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Design and Development

·         Worked as a Team Lead and can connect with client to understand requirement, translate into technical spec and drive the team to deliver the same.

·         Deep insight and experience in building custom applications using Force.com platform

·         Extensive Apex development experience on the Force.com platform including the ability to write Triggers and develop Visualforce pages

·         Must have Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM201 Certification. ServiceMax certification is highly desirable.

·         Good experience in Salesforce.com Development environment(AJAX Toolkit, Apex API, Force.com IDE)

·         Good to have Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification

·         Strong platform experience - must understand and be able to implement

·         Salesforce.com configuration changes 

·         Ability to map out to process flows in Salesforce to implement Business processes

·         Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same. 

·         Should be able to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.

·         Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com projects & atleast 1 ServiceMax - end to end implementation experience 

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage stakeholders.

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
