Location: Minneapolis, MN

Req Details:

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

Work with customer to gather requirement for SharePoint Knowledge Management.
- Design and implement the portal as per requirement
- Responsible for managing overall enterprise-wide SharePoint environments
- Manage, maintain and administer the SharePoint environment to ensure efficient operations (capacity planning, upgrades, patch application, system backups/restores, systems monitoring/availability and creating of systems metrics and reports)
- Design the architecture, strategy, methodology and standards for delivering SharePoint solutions
- Lead in providing custom SharePoint solutions & resolving critical issues for business stakeholders
- Work with architects from other teams (Messaging, Wintel, Integration etc.) in designing optimal SharePoint solutions
- Creating architectural, best practices, performance management runbooks
- Managing the SharePoint search & content SQL databases
- Good written and oral communication
- Ability to take initiative & ownership on tasks and work independently with various stakeholders 

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills

Drive the initiative and attain complete ownership
- Interact with end users and manage their expectations
