Position: Sr. W2/OPT Recruiters & Team Leads

Experience: 0.6 - 3.0 Years
Required Skills:
* Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with minimum of 1-3 years proven H1B/OPT/CPT Sales experience in a corporate environment.
* Ability to interact, develop tier-1 Vendor network and get the H1B/OPT/CPT candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
* Ability to manage a team of 3-4 sales people.
* Ability to manage the team targets and manage the performance of the team daily, weekly, monthly basis
* Ability to hire in OPT / H1 and place them independently.
* Maintain Database to work closely with the tier one vendors / Clients
* Database building using job portals like Dice and Monster.
* Placing the Candidates on Contract basis, Having direct contacts with American Prime vendors.
* Having Technical knowledge on Java,.Net,.
* Expertise in preparing resumes for OPT and H4.
* He should have very well US network in Vendor contacts.
* Co-ordinate with consultants from start to end of closing a placement.
* Strong English verbal and written communication skills
* A commitment to the quality/value of results, open communication and privacy/confidentiality issues
* Demonstrated, strong technology aptitude (e.g., with applicant tracking system(s), the internet, and search engines etc.)
Qualification: Any decent degree / Post graduates
