(a) Engaged with business users to gather requirements and translate requirements into reports, views and BI query objects.
(b) Strong understanding of source and target data structures, ETL processes and Datawarehouse schemas
(c) Developed ETL using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) from heterogeneous data sources, Web services, APIs, Email sources
(d) Strong OLAP skills - Designed and implemented cubes with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) 2008/ 2012 and also MDX queries
(e) Strong hands on one or more DBs SQL Server, ORA etc - especially ETL, CUBES and OLAP
(f) Strong query optimization and performance experience, Troubleshooting BI tool problem, Performance tuning
Tableau
(g) Experience architecting Tableau farms (Server and Desktop) versions 8.1 and higher - Security, scale and performance
(h) Tableau Security model (internal AD users and external non-AD)
(i) Tableau advanced areas like Tableau Server configuration, TabCMD, Vizualization - Blending, Dashboard "Templates", Extracts
(j) Tableau deployment scripting with TabCMD, Python, PDF generation
Attributes
(k) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strong business sense
(l) Onsite coordination experience – US and offshore team delivery model
Skills:
SQL Server 2012/2008 R2, SSIS, SSAS, Cubes, MDX, ETL
Tableau 8.1 and higher
Good to have - .NET, C#, Web Services, Integration Technologies, BIML
Healthcare domain knowledge and Healthcare Analytics experience
