Job Description
The Database Administrator (DBA) requires specific technical knowledge about the administration and control of the data warehouse environment, including the database, operating systems and tools. The DBA will provide services to administer, maintain, and control the data warehouse including the database, operating systems, and tools. The Database Administrator may be the Lead Consultant on a project.
Specific duties and experience required include:
1. Must have experience with Teradata Data Dictionary
2. Prefer Teradata 14.10 experience
3. SQL database administration and monitoring
4. Assess and monitor database storage requirements and performance
5. Integrate applications running on SQL databases
6. Develop reporting frameworks and standards for SQL databases
7. Assist partners and internal consultants with queries and reports against SQL databases
