Responsibilities :
- Create Accounts (Clients) and build relationship with them
- Generate Requirements from the accounts.
- Explain the requirements to the Recruiters and help them search out good matches for the requirements
- Screen the consultants and check their comfort level with the requirements.
- Update and modify the resume to position it according to the requirement
- Submit and follow up with the client for further movement of the profile.
- Arrange Interviews and coordinate with the consultants for their availability for it.
- Get the Purchase Orders (PO) and do the paperwork's with the client as well as the third parties.
- Getting the contracts signed and follow up with the clients through the closure of the deal.
- Coordinate with the consultants for their hassles free Joining of the project.
- Follow up with the consultant for the timely dispatch of the Time Sheets for billing
