Job Title: Teradata Developer
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration : 6+ months
Required Skills:
7+ years of strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Teradata
Extensive knowledge on Teradata Architecture, data ware housing concept & relational data bases, SQL scripting and Shell Scripting
Experience on Teradata Tools (SQL Assistant) and Teradata Utilities (BTEQ, Fast Load, MultiLoad, FastExport, TPump)
Extensive knowledge on creation of database objects like tables, views, joins and indexes
Develop and support Extraction, Transformation & Load process (ETL) using Breq Scripts and/or Informatica PowerCenter
Experience in optimizing Teradata applications
Capable of leading multiple projects
Capable of providing technical design advice/solutions to various projects in the account
Must have good knowledge on SDLC
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Although not essential, the following would be highly advantageous:
Teradata certifications will be an added benefit.
