Job Description:
| Lead the development of enhancements to the Compensation module |
| · lead process design/redesign activities |
| · Work with Compensation COE for Business readiness |
| · Develop and document Business Requirements and functional requirements; |
| · Know BluePrint business Requirement tool |
| · Collaborate with Compensation stakeholders to gather business requirements |
| · Evaluate and Investigate complex strategic Compensation requests |
| · Manage stakeholder alignment on product vision |
| · Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data |
| · Execute Systems Integration testing |
| · Particiapted in or facilitate Compensation UAT |
| · Perform cost/benefit analyses for enhancement requests |
| · Manage Change Request and defect process with development team |
