Oracle Apps CRM Functional Consultant (CRM ).
Desired Experience Range: 10 yrs.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have:
1. Functional knowledge on Depot Repair, Install Base
2. Good Understanding of Oracle AOL
3. Oracle Workflow
4. RMA Process understanding
5. Strong communication skills
Good-to-Have:
1. Knowledge on Base on Oracle Order Management Modules Supply chain , Purchasing modules
2. XML Publisher
3. OA Framework
4. Oracle Discoverer.
Sn Responsibility Of / Expectations From The Role:
1. Should be familiar with initiating discussion with Business Group on requirement gathering and workshop sessions.
2. Build Functional Design documents.
3. Maintain OUM documentation.
4. Execute test cases for testing the customized component developed.
5. Oracle APPS architecture & having brief Technical knowledge on Modules and the Oracle Database table mapping.
6. Conduct User Trainings & CRPs.
