Required Skills
Bachelor's Degree or 12+ years of relevant work experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years with IAM development and implementation
Hands-on experience in 1 or more of the following: Open SSO, CA SiteMinder, Oracle Access Manager, IBM TAM
Hands-on experience with: LDAP (Oracle DSEE preferred), SAML 2.0, Active Directory, Java and J2EE applications
Scripting and programming skills, shell/Perl, interfacing to LDAP using APIs.
Hands-on experience in design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SiteMinder and its related infrastructure, including Federation Services (FSS)
Experienced in deploying Single Sign-On integration with Identity Management, SaaS integration
Experience installing and configuring SiteMinder Policy Server and agents
Experience with using SiteMinder: administration, creating policies, integrating with web applications, etc.
Knowledge of web technologies like WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IHS, IIS. Strong skills in Java and J2EE preferred
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
Experience managing complex directory service environments on a global scale. Ability to work with globally distributed and cross-functional teams.
Familiar with company acquisitions and the integration of services dependent on centralized IAM and Directory Services
Unix/Linux experience on physical or virtual systems.
Experience working in PCI/SOX controlled environments.
Use of ITIL methodologies for path-to-production
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, identifying the best option in an emergency situation
Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise
Demonstrated experience with all phases of the system development lifecycle at an enterprise level
