Position               :               System Architect

Duration              :               8+Months

Location               :               Raleigh, NC

Job Duties:

• Work with Client SMEs, Solution architect and Functional Analysts to further understand the user requirements.

• Produce documentation that describes the detailed logical and physical data architecture.

• Create the logical data models from requirements.

• Prepare models and documentation consistent with the standards provided by the Solution Architect and the Program.

• Provide data conversion and transformation rules

• Provide estimates for all work as requested.

• Work with developers to create prototypes and to ensure their understanding of the logical and physical data models.

• Escalate to the Lead Developer all issues related to requirements not matching technical solutions.

• Understand and assist in the validation of existing client data.

• Design and support large client survey activities to secure client data.

• Help compile and report on client survey data.

• Work well in the context of a large corporate environment with virtual teams.

• Have excellent communication skills.

Job Skills:

• 7+ years experience as a Architect

• 7+ years experience using Data modeling techniques (ex. SOA, UML, Class diagram, E-R diagrams, DFD)

• 7+ years experience using Data modeling techniques tools (ex. Visio, Erwin, RUP, ARIS, Provision, etc.)

• 5+ years in large project/corporate environment

• 12+ years in and IT environment
