Job Description 

·         The SQL Developer is part of an integral implementation team and provides the opportunity for personal and professional growth through collaboration and knowledge sharing with other team members, architects and product teams.

·         The successful candidate must be technically proficient in all phases in the different data integration tools and process.

·         The candidate must be hands on. 

·         The candidate, while focused on integrating client's data into the Client structures, must also be knowledgeable about data integration architecture, audit balance and control restart ability and other aspects of data integration. 

·         A strength is the ability to work with business users, internal and external, to understand requirements and create solutions.

·         The candidate must be one that thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Job Requirment

• Strong MS BI Stack experience need – SSIS/SSAS/SSRS - must be able to explain their SSAS experience… a majority of the candidates don't have strong enough experience with SSAS.
• This will focus on data integration, so strong SSIS and SSAS is mandatory
• Need to have strong SQL analytics experience (cubes, MDX).
• Strong SQL skills – looking for over 8 years of experience… at least 7+ years with the SQL BI stack. 
• Recent Healthcare projects.
• Communication skills must be very strong… 9/10.

·         Expertise in data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) between similar and dissimilar systems using SQL Programming, capable of source transformation from/to flat files, XML and relational system structures.

·         Proven analytical skills interpreting and implementing business and functional requirements

·         Experience with business intelligence and analytics

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills across all organizational levels required

Job Responsibilities

·         Creates clear run documentation to support and transition new processes to the Operation team

·         Handle multiple implementations simultaneously

·         Work independently and within the team structure

·         Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with users, management and coworkers

·         Reports on status directly to Manager of Data Integration, and indirectly to the Project Manager

Education:

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field or equivalent
