My client is looking for a CRM Dynamics Developer to join their team. My firm Acubahn, Inc. is headquartered in Michigan and provides nationwide staffing support to our client.
  

Role: CRM Dynamics Developer.
Location: Morristown, NJ
Position Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months to start – Contract to hire – Full time
Client: Covanta Energy

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, configure and manage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application
- Perform and manage changes to database fields, screens, reports and workflows
- Interface the CRM application with other enterprise applications as required
- Operate as a system administrator and application configuration expert for MS CRM 2011/2013/2015.
- Train new end users on the application and trains existing users on new features
- Define and document policy, business processes and procedures and user manuals * Assist users with day-to-day questions, problems, and issues including end user training
- Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM operations
- Provide technical guidance in data analysis, data gathering and system design * Review requests from users (enhancement and/or fixes, data changes, functionality issues, etc.); analyzing for appropriateness; determining whether the requests are consistent with current business practice and business system rules
- Support various operational activities in support of CRM data management, data archiving, disaster recover, etc. 
- Manage change control (i.e. receiving and documenting business requirements, testing, managing and communicating changes to the CRM environment)

Position Requirements
- B.S. in Computer science or technical equivalent degree with minimum 3 years related work experience
- Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, implementing and system management of Microsoft Dynamics  CRM 2011
- Experience with Scribe a plus 
- Expertise in programming language Microsoft development (C#), ASP, .NET
- Working Knowledge of Web services
- J-script (client side scripting)
- SQL reporting services
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Microsoft SQL Server 2014
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2013 and Dynamics CRM 2015 is a plus
