Position : Project Manager with Black Belt and Master Black Belt Exp.

Location : Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Interview : Phone Interview/(F2F if locals)

Looking for someone that:

·         Has a black belt certification

·         Has PM experience

·         Has Change Management experience

·         Has strong relationship building ability (great interpersonal skills)

·         Has Healthcare experience

·         *Not so much of a person from MFG like many black belts are, this is a Six-Sigma team focusing on services/process – NOT manufactured goods.

Job Responsibilities 

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

·         Lead and support strategic initiatives crossing business teams and operating groups

·         Function as a as a Six Sigma Consultant to coordinate and complete projects

·         Define performance and results and manage project teams

·         Investigate non-standard requests and problems

·         Make presentations to senior leadership

·         Ensure project documentation is accurate and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

·         Pertinent data and facts will be reviewed to identify and solve issues and mitigate risks

·         Prioritize work load and work on ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

·         Six Sigma Certification or in process of Certification required

·         BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience

·         Six Sigma certification required, Black Belt preferred.

·         5+ years of project management administration and/or project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects.

·         3+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions.

·         Moderate to advanced MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings.

·         Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

·         Lean six sigma black belt certification required

Nice to Have

·         Previous experience in a Project Management Office or large Six Sigma deployment

·         Healthcare experience
