Position Title: Solution Architect SME

 

Experience:

• Possesses 10 years of experience in SAP applications solutions integration/implementation. Experience working in SAP ECC 6, CRM, Business Intelligence/Business Objects (BI/BO) environment with specific functional knowledge across the core functionality of SAP ECC 6.0. A minimum of three (3) full life-cycles of SAP implementation or significant upgrade is preferred. Experience shall also include the following:     
• Experience and understanding of the sub-components of the SAP landscape required, to include: SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP Portals, SAP Business Intelligence, Governance Risk and Controls.
• Broad knowledge across the entire technical landscape, with a deep knowledge in multiple technical areas across CRM, ECC, Portals, BI/BO.    
• Experience with Public Sector business processes to resolve challenges involving SAP Configuration and Customizing. 
• Experience in full cycle technology implementations is required. 
• Experienced in various methodologies including, SDLS, TOGAF, SAP ASAP.      
• Demonstrated ability to assimilate new technologies and determine their usefulness and appropriate placement within an existing technical architecture and landscape.

Position Title: ABAP Subject Matter Expert

 

Experience:

• Possesses 3-10 years experience with ABAP programming and SAP Technical customizations. Experience shall also include the following:      
• Technical design, development, testing, implementation, support and documentation of development objects within a SAP ECC and CRM environment.  
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment   
• Experience writing reports, BDC recordings, WebIC BSP, interfaces, forms, Adobe forms, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, data dictionary objects, enhancements, and ABAP objects        
• Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDOCS, and External List Management (ELM) and ABAP objects.     
• Experience with Enterprise Portal, Web Dynpro, and Web Services       

Education:

• Possesses a BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• SAP Certification in ABAP desired

Position Title: SAP FI/CO SME

 

Experience:

• Possesses 5 to 7 years of SAP FI/CO implementation experience with at least 2 full SAP implementation lifecycle projects with experience in the design, analysis, scoping, business blueprint, configuration, realization, go-live, testing, postproduction support, training and knowledge transfer experience in multiple projects. Experience shall also include the following:     
• Experience in SAP FI & CO core components.      
• Expert level configuration and design skills in Funds Management with Experience in: Daily Reconciliation; Fiscal Year End Closing Operations; Federal Ledger; Accounts Payable (AP); Accounts Receivable (AR); Budget Planning & Control; FY Close-out    
• Maintains a thorough understanding of business functions and Finance processes, and combines that knowledge with the ability to easily facilitate change. Applies strong knowledge of the business processes and SAP functions associated with finance operations which includes expertise in several of the following areas in FICO: AP, AR, GL, Special Ledgers and Transfer Pricing.
• Experience in creating functional process flows, functional designs and working with the technical team to come up with the solutions        
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment   
• Experience writing specifications for RICEWF objects that would be needed as required        
• Demonstrated knowledge of CO: Cost center accounting; Profit center accounting, IO accounting, Project Job Costing, Profitability Analysis, and Settlement.
• Integration knowledge with other SAP modules MM & SD is desired      
• Experience in ECC 6.0 environment          
• Experience conducting information and knowledge transfer sessions with the client.    

Education:

• BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

Position Title : Net Weaver Consultant

 

Experience:

• Possesses 2 to 5 years experience in SAP NetWeaver administration. Prior experience with SAP in a UNIX (preferably Linux) and Windows environment. Prior experience as a Solution Manager administrator is strongly preferred. Experience shall also include the following:
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment   
• Experience and knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, ERP, BW and E-Portals    
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in general and SAP Enterprise Services Architecture         
• Ability to map business processes to technology in SAP technology       
• Experience as an Oracle Database Administrator  
• SAP Solution Manager, Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) and System Landscape Directory (SLD) experience 
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Database

Education:

Position Title: Netweaver Lead

 

Experience:

• Possesses 5 to 10 years experience developing web solutions, managing integrated web delivery projects and intranet/portal delivery. Have 3 years of demonstrated task management experience involving multiple development projects. At least 3 years of web development with a scripting language. Experience with an enterprise Intranet/Portal application on the SAP NetWeaver Portal. Experience with a Web Content Management system. Experience shall also include the following: 
• Experience supporting/developing internet/intranet portals        
• Experience in applying usability best practices and conducting usability tests    
• Experience in search, metadata-based filtration and content lifecycle models   
• Strong technical knowledge in web based development including dynamic report delivery through web sites and/or portals

Position Title: SAP Netweaver Administrator

 

Experience:

• Possesses 10 years hands on experience with administrating SAP ECC, CRM, BI,
• Portal, PI, MDM in a large-sized environment.      
• Prior working knowledge and experience in installation, administration, and management of SAP ECC, CRM, BI, Portal, PI, MDM systems. 
• Prior strong work experience in setting up and managing ABAP, JAVA and ABAP+JAVA (dual stack) systems.      
• Proven work experience in hardware sizing of memory, storage, network, virtualization; setting up the hosting environment for SAP applications and in supporting the landscapes of SAP ECC, CRM, BI, Portal, PI, MDM throughout the lifecycle.   
• Extremely important to have skills on translating requirements to hardware requirements and suggest a timeline for the successful installation of hardware, SAP software and configuration of the system.  
• Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Computing Center Management Services (CCMS) and System Landscape Directory (SLD).
• Should have hands on experience on maintaining Dual Stack systems and undertaking performance tuning to support stress testing.     
• Ability to manage new SAP systems and/or instance creation/copy or installation.

Experience:

Position Title: SAP Migration Specialist

Experience:

• Possesses 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP Migrations and Conversions with deep understanding of the Migration process including but not restricted to the Migration Plan, Migration Cockpit. Experience shall also include the following:   
• Experience in conducting and leading design meetings and discussions   
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment   
• Knowledge of SAP processes and master data     
• Knowledge of ABAP, Strong knowledge of LSMW, BDC, Business Objects and other data migration tools         
• Experience with the ETL tools used in data migration

Experience with functional and technical skills in the SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module. Experience shall also include the following:        
• Experience with integration of SAP Real Estate with GIS  
• Excellent reporting skills to create reports for various master data elements in SAP RE-FX – including experience developing custom reports      
• Experience working in a Solution Manager environment

Experience:

The TA's blended skill set includes technology, infrastructure, and business acumen, as well as deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Security, NetWeaver, Development, Integration, or SOA. Shall possess minimum 10 years relevant experience with SAP technology and industry in large environments; experience managing initiatives and people involving both senior and junior colleagues; and multiple full-cycle implementations across various customers and industries (recommended).
• Broad knowledge across multiple information technologies, standards, and methodologies

• SD-BF-PR: Strong knowledge in Pricing and conditions    
• SD-BIL: Experience in SD Billing is required
• Knowledge of Material Master setup; creation and maintenance of new materials

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP technology and functional landscapes, applications and tools. Specialized knowledge of and experience with SAP's Solution Manager tool and optimal application of Solution Manager tools and capabilities in an implementation environment. Works with SAP teams comprised of functional, technical and SME members to identify business and technical requirements and to align with Solution Manager capabilities. Knowledge and experience with SAP methodologies—ASAP, RunSAP, tools such as HP Quality Center, ARIS, Meta, etc, and their integration with SAP Solution Manager. Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, PMBOK, DMBOK, CMMI) and their integration with SAP technical and functional landscapes. Specifically understands uniting SAP Solution Manager with industry best practices. Provides thought leadership and strategic direction employing SAP Solution Manager capabilities in SAP landscape architectures both within and across projects. This position requires skills in technology, infrastructure, and business acumen, as well as experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP SolutionManager, IT Security, SAP NetWeaver, SAP Development, Enterprise Application Integration, or SOA. Experience highlights:   
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP NetWeaver technology, SAP development tools, SAP core functional and web-based application components.
