Title: Application Developer for UCCE/ICM with CVP
Location: Phoenix, AZ
No. of positions: 10
Duration: Open
Description:
This role is for a 2nd/3rd level support role that will be performing
application development work for UCCE/ICM with CVP.
They have to have this experience and/or training/certifications.
They must demonstrate this during the interview.
Primary Skills needed:
1. Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP)
2. Cisco CVP Studio Experience
3. Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM)
4. Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) experience
Other Skills requested:
-Application Scripting & Support
-TCP/IP networking fundamentals
-Voice User Interface Design
-Complex Call Routing Application Design
-AT&T Route IT application
-Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management)
-Experience with moving from Avaya to Cisco would be helpful
-Self Directed
-Team player
-Ability to work with both technical and non-technical
Job No. 3013
Title: CUCM configuration
Location: Bloomington, IL
Duration: Open
Description:
1. CUCM configuration (to include pretty detailed knowledge of
provisioning call routing and user functionality)
2. Cisco Route CLI (must be proficient with both data and voice
configuration of routers). This is an area that can make or break an
install, as a lot of work is done from the router command line.
3. Need to be proficient with all aspects of end router configuration,
to include dial peers, translations patterns, general routing, switch
configuration, troubleshooting, etc
4. A detailed knowledge of the Telco. They will be asked to work on
all types of circuits, including analog, analog DID, PRI, and possible
data circuits
5. Analog voice gateway knowledge - able to configure and troubleshoot
VG2XX devices
6. Working knowledge of site wiring
7. Requires Traveling. The candidates may need to travel 50-70% of
their time. It will be multiple locations based on their assignment
within project.
