Job Description:
Need some profiles for below JC. Experience & Skills Desired: · Experience in maintaining & supporting FTP servers/software?s including knowledge of setting up trading partners using FTP, FTP/s and SFTP. · Knowledge of EDI, Flat files, and other file formats. · Knowledge of file encryption like PGP. · Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management domain involving e-Commerce systems · Strong business functional knowledge involving industry domains Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Healthcare Responsibilities (indicative, not complete list): · Production support (24X7) & maintenance activities, working on enhancement requests · Documenting, monitoring and supporting the delivery of services (production support, enhancements and projects) related to the applications. · assisting with new implementations, upgrades to the production environment · Testing and managing disaster recovery tests and documentation. · Managing the delivery process of the application and escalating issues in a timely manner and as per the pre-defined support processes agreed with customer(s). · Dealing with problems requiring flexible attitude to working hours · Ability to work with geographically spread teams (onshore/offshore) Customer ?
