• Experience working in a Lead or Analysis Role
• Expert in JAVA, J2EE, Web Services, SOAP, XML.
• Experience with Open-Source technologies including: JBoss, Tomcat, Hibernate, Struts, Spring Framework.
• Experience with Design Patterns
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in design Patterns and Core J2EE Patterns
• Good analytical and communication skills
Experience Required
• IT Background
• Java-J2EE Developing and Design experience.
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the end to end implementation of the projects
• User interaction in order to understand requirements as well as interaction with other development groups
• Capability of understanding the end-to-end of the application
• Understand where a new requirement ipacts the applications
• Design for the impacted requirements
• Ability to develop as well
• Handle the Onsite to Offshore communication
Generic / Managerial Skills :
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners
• Good communication skills & ability to work with multiple teams
