Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle process, ensuring projects meet strategic business requirements, are completed on time and within budget.

Responsible for developing the Test Approach, Test Strategies, Test Schedules and Test Plans.
Lead implementation according to strategies and plans for projects/platforms, ensuring overall alignment to the IT strategy.
Provide input to resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
Forecast staff resourcing; conduct interviews and provide feedback on potential candidates Provide coaching, motivation and inputs for the development of team members.
Lead, co-ordinate and mentor the offshore team to complete the projects on time.
