Activities include feasibility studies, solution selection, design and implementation of business-driven technology and/or applications, and financial/budget management. Ensures the delivery of on schedule and on budget solutions. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
