Research, create and test a new application/web service using Oracle PL/SQL to exchange XML documents over the https protocol. Use the data in the XML document to create a common key for data exchange between an agency and state System.
Extract Oracle data from educational sector agencies and client's System using the common key to extract and send data for research purposes.
