Job Description:
Role ? Project Manager ? 10-12+ years of documented Project Management experience in large and complex network and infrastructure environments is required. ? Must have traditional project management skill set including the ability to build schedules, create and manage issue and risk logs, manage project financials, manage scope change requests, etc. ? Extensive experience managing medium to large network projects. ? The ability to understand business objectives and how to meet those objectives essential. ? Extensive Project Management and Team Leadership skills are needed, along with good communication skills. ? Desirable skills include knowledge of and experience with: Distributed UNIX and WINTEL platforms, Citrix, SAN Storage, NAS Storage, VM Ware, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and large Data Networks. ? Experience managing multiple vendors and third parties and managing project scope ensuring proper escalation for issues and risks is essential. ? Strong knowledge of issues and dependencies on infrastructure projects and experience planning and controlling large scale infrastructure projects is a must.
