Position: Functional Oracle Payroll implementation Lead consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6+ months, but will go much longer
Oracle Functional Payroll Implementation Lead Consultant with Oracle HRMS 11i experience with the following modules; Oracle Payroll, Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Oracle Time and Labor for our client in Houston, TX for a contract engagement of 6+ months.
Skill Requirments:
· Minimum of 5 years of 'hands-on' functional and technical experience with the Oracle HRMS 11i
· Recent experience with Oracle payroll implementation preferably country specific localized or non-localized payroll implementation
· Recent experience with gather requirements, create documentation for the implementation projects of country specific payroll implementation.
· Ability to work with custom .net system integration with payroll implementation
· Production Support of all aspects of Oracle HRMS Applications.
· Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources environment
· Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources
· Proficient with Oracle Payroll, Human Resources, Advanced Benefits, Oracle Time and Labor with the functional and technical understanding
· Experience with 'hands-on' payroll implementation and support with a detail understanding of payroll processes and HR/Benefit implication with the payroll processes.
· Ability to deliver end to end solution for implementation projects including identifying the issue, setup, programming and testing.
· Ability to support and develop custom fast formula for payroll
· Ability to work effectively with Oracle support to resolve TAR issue
· Team player who can work in a collaborative HCM environment which integrate with custom .net applications
· Ability and willingness to quickly understand the custom application environments and business processes and integration around the custom applications with Oracle Human resources to take the ownership of the projects
· Knowledge of Oracle HCM table structures to support implementations of Daily HR/Payroll reporting requirements
· Experience with Oracle API's and custom interfaces
· Experience with Oracle R12
· Oracle AIM methodology
· Excellent communication skills
Position Summary:
· Senior functional/technical HRMS resource with knowledge of Oracle 11i Human Resource Management
· Perform analysis, thorough testing and debugging
· Identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions
· Assist in programming estimates
· Complete assigned tasks timely and accurately

Position 2:
Position: Oracle Application Developer with R12
Location: PA (Near Harrisburg) – Onsite
Duration: 6+ months, but will go much longer
2 Oracle Application Developer with R12 experience. The schedule for the assignment will be a 4 day work schedule (4/10). Consultants need to have R12 experience and development within the standard Oracle Tool Kits. This project will run the gamut to include extensions, interfaces, & reporting. There is a Lead Developer overseeing the project which the developers will report to and interface with the onsite US based lead and work with an offshore team.

Position: Senior Oracle Functional SOA solution Architect
Location: Upstate, NY
Duration: 6+ months
Sr. Oracle Functional SOA Solutions Architect to lead the implementation effort.
The resource must have SOA Suite 11g and be able to lead a small team of primarily client personnel through the upgrade process from SOA Suite 10g. The position requires knowledge and experience with BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Web Services, Oracle Business Rules, BAM, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), J Developer, and Oracle Service Registry. Position: Sr. Oracle Techno Functional Oracle Service Contracts Consultant
Location: Allentown, PA
Duration: 6+ months
and staff augmentation located in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Sr. Oracle Techno Functional Oracle Service Contracts Consultant for our client in eastern Pennsylvania who has strong understanding and proven experience with Oracles Services Contracts module and possess some experience with Accounts Receivable module as well. Ideally the client would prefer a local resource to eastern Pennsylvania or the New Jersey Border state border. BPCI's client will be implementing Oracle 11.5.10.2, therefore the selected resource needs to have proven experience with this solution in their current work history. The resource selected will be involved in consecutive projects over the course of the contract to facilitate a number of new initiatives as it relates to the enterprise. There is a strong preference by our client that the selected resource possesses a mix of 60% Functional and 40% Technical as they will be engaged in more functional responsibilities as it relates this project.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
· 5 - 7 years as an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant
· 5 years of Oracle Service Contracts module experience
· Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations (11i or 12)

Position: Oracle Functional iExpense Consultant
Location: Allentown, PA
Duration: 6+ months
a global IT consultancy and staff augmentation practice in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an Oracle Functional iExpense Consultant for a 3 month contract engagement in Allentown, PA for our direct end client. The selected resource will be involved in the implementation of iExpense module into an Oracle 11i environment. Therefore the consultant needs to have the ability to communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing as they will interact with technical, functional and super user's. The role will involve gap analysis, fit testing and requirements gathering. Additionally other responsibilities will involve customization and documentation of the implementation process as well as other deliverables as assigned by the client practice manager.
Key Skills:
· 5+ years of Oracle iExpense experience
· 5+ years as a Functional Consultant
· 5+ years of Oracle 11i experience
· A minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations – preferably as a lead on one of those implementations
· It is highly desired that the consultant have iSupplier experience as well
· Excellent interpersonal abilities
