Java, J2EE, strong Knowledge on Designing enterprise applications, UML, Must used / Familiar to multiple Design tools. Should have designed applications in Spring / SEAM.
Must have strong designing skills in enterprise wide applications should able to do R&D on new and emerging technologies.
Should have experience in playing the architect role and designing enterprise applications using latest frameworks Spring, hibernate etc.
Experience with designing custom reporting based application for a huge enterprise is preferable.
Should have strong knowledge on application re-engineering for enhancements and performance tuning.
