Title: Java J2ee Lead Developer

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: 6 months +

Rate : Open

JD :

·         7+ years web development experience which includes the programming/ development of web applications.

·         7+ years Java Developer with 2+ years as a Lead

·         2+ years experience with Application Patterns, Web and J2EE centric design patterns.

·         3+ years Design skills and knowledge of tools such as Enterprise Architect

·         2+ years expert level knowledge of MVC frameworks specifically Spring

·         Experience integrating with Web Services, mainly in Java such as XMLBeans

·         2+ years J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JSTL, etc.

·         Prior experience using CSS, HTML, DHTML, AJAX and JavaScript

·         Solid working knowledge of WebLogic 10 or Tomcat

·         Setting up and implementing JUnit (or other) testing framework.

 Preferred Skills

·         Experience with CSS 3, JavaScript frameworks such as Prototype, jQuery, YUI.

·         Knowledge of emerging standards such as HTML 5. 

·         Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills, ability to communicate with business and technical groups easily

·         Good organization, project management and follow-up skills.

·         Good leadership skills, must have ability to lead a group of developers and mentor junior developers
