Relevant Experience (Yrs): 3 - 5 yrs of experience in Java / Cold Fusion.
Necessary Skills:
• Extensive/Expert level ColdFusion Experience
• Experience with ColdFusion & Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 (Including high availability, usability, performance tuning, etc.)
• Ability to create and conceptualize various degrees of code using a multi-tier development framework (i.e. Coldbox )
• Development of ColdFusion 8/9 applications using ColdFusion Components (CFCs) with Object Oriented design/patterns
• Experience with jQuery/JSON/AJAX/JavaScript.
• Hibernate familiarity and experience (Optional)
• Wirebox, Coldspring experience(Optional)
Desired Skills:
• Need to have excellent communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Participate in the software development process including application design and application development
• Interact closely with customers, other developers, requirements analysts, testers, and operations team.
• Unit test application code.
• Able to provide 24X7 Production Support
• Onsite offshore co-ordination.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
