Job Title: Business Development

Positions: 3

 

Responsibility:

Demonstrated success in selling staffing services to Tier-1 Vendors.

Strong contacts with Tier-1 Vendors.

Proven successful sales record in the US Staffing and Consulting Industry.

should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes.

Acquisition of new Clients/Tier-1 Vendors

Acquisition  of Fortune clients that have the potential of Scale of Projects and technologies Recruitments .

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors / Clients and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.

Strong competence in lead generation, Clients and Client Relationship Management.

Understand the Client Hiring Requirements

Single Point of contact for all sales, delivery activities and escalations.

Excellent communication (written & verbal), negotiation and presentation skills.

Must have a good and relevant database of US Clients/  Vendors.

Identifying client business needs, make proposals for customized solutions.

Candidate should be willing to work in night shift
