3-4 years of hands on experience as a PHP Developer (including linux, mySQL, PHP..)
HTML, JavaScript, Jqueries, CSS
Experience with MVC (model view controllers) and PHP framworks (which is object oriented programming)
Automation experience â€" API (application programming interface), Google, Twitter, or Facebook
Subversions, CVS (how code is shared and distribted between a team of developers)
Zend certified
Plusses

This person will using tools to help the SEO teams, dashboards for internal teams, consolidating and centralizing data, developing scorecards, doing some automation testing, and working on multiple small projects at once.
This person will also have to complete a small technical test when on site for the interview, which will last for about a half hour - solving simple problems.
