Chicago, IL. 
PERM position.  

 

Key skills being targeted are:

 

* Project Management roles
* Senior Business Analyst roles
* Positive Attitude, Ethics and Values
* Hyperion Financial Management functional expertise
* Lean and/or Six Sigma tools or other process improvement methods
* Black-Belt certified with track record of successful projects
* Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
* Navistar or the close process in a related manufacturing industry
* Excellent verbal and presentation skills
* Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Broad financial acumen
* Collect, organize and gain insight from internal or external business data
* Work effectively with senior company leadership
* Lead and influence teams in a highly matrixed organization
* 1st Language English or equivalent (7+ years in English speaking situations such as US, UK, Canada, Asia-Pac)
