·         Adobe(L2)-1. Should be aware and able to use the Adobe IDE and application development tools applicable to project 2. Independently able to write, edit, compile, build and execute the programs using the IDE 3. Able to use the basic debug features of the IDE to setup step-by-step code walkthrough and resolve issues4. Should be able to develop application using Flash, Flex etc interfacing with various technologies like Java and MS 5. Should be able to understand and develop grid, table and charting application using RIA principles 6. Should be able to provide solutions for complex business problem involving RIA 7. Should be comfortable in active controls, interface with various data channel and data sources like XML, Database etc 8. Should be able to comfortably design application for high data volume and improve performance
