Need Test Lead
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 3 months

Skills:
Previous experience with automated testing
3 plus years related experience as a tester and/or programmer with Disaster Recovery
2 plus years related experience as a tester and/or Sys Adim for networking solutions
At least 3 years experience with Test Management (preferably Quality Center) and Defect Tracking tools (preferably Rational), training and/or experience with tool administration functions preferred; familiar with Requirements Management tools and Modeling tools
At least 4 years Experience leading testing efforts for multiple medium to large size projects
At least 3 years experience in producing various testing artifacts and metrics reports
Ability to demonstrate database concepts and data retrieval through complex queries.
At least 2 years Experience in Backend testing through analysis of log files in Unix server and through queries to database to validate system functionality and troubleshoot issues.
