6+ years of production support experience
3+ years implementing and supporting SharePoint 2007 with knowledge of new SharePoint 2010 features.
4+ years SQL Server, OLAP experience and competency
T-SQL stored procedure development, analysis, and troubleshooting, performance and tuning
Knowledge of Windows 2003 / 2008 server and IIS and .NET
Working knowledge of Microsoft Commerce Server 2007/2009 Preferred Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service/focus and communication skills.
Experience with performance tuning, failover technologies and strategies.
Understanding of DNS concepts.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technology and software including Windows, IIS, SQL, ASP/ASP .NET, SharePoint 2007 / 2010
Possess knowledge in monitoring tools and configuring them, such as MOM/SCOM/Gomez /Keynote.
WebSphere Portal Developer
Location: San Jose, CA

WebSphere Portal Server (WPS) – Technical
· Must have demonstrable Experience in leading high-level and low-level design activities for WebSphere Portal Server projects
· Must have demonstrable experience in successfully developing & rolling out WebSphere Portal Server projects
· Hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Portal, Workplace Web Content Management, Rational Application Developer, JSR 168, 286 standard portlets development.
· Good knowledge in Portlet life cycle, Java, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Struts, JSF, and Struts.
· Knowledge in one or more databases and SQL
· Experience in exposing and consuming webservices
· Experience in writing Junit and Jmeter scripts
· Able to design and develop IBM WWCM content libraries and components
· Knowledge on configuring content syndication feature
· Good knowledge of design patterns and using them in projects
· Good knowledge in database concepts and writing queries
· Experience in writing
- Build scripts using ANT or MAVEN
- Deployment scripts using WS_ANT
· Good knowledge of Clustering, Load balancing
· Good knowledge of configuration management and build automation
· Possess strong problem analysis skills, debugging skills
· Possess good knowledge of SSO, Portal Security, Personalization
· Team mentoring and team management
