• 6+ yrs of experience on Java/J2EE technologies
• Experience with any web application frameworks (struts/web work, spring, or any MVC etc.)
• Experience on UI development
• Need to be a self-starter, communicate well

Added plus:

• Browser technologies, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, GWT and AJAX
