Position: JAVA IVR Architect
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Duration: 1+ year
* In this hands on position the candidate is expected to be able to Architect, Design and Code as is required, as well as lead others at these activities. They will be expected to review code, designs and coach others to catch mistakes before they make it to QA and/or improve the quality of the delivered product. They also must be comfortable in both IVR and Java so they can enhance the Core IVR Framework as may be required. They must be well spoken in that they may need to work directly with the business to clarify or collect requirements.
- 8+ year's software development experience.
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent
- 5+ year's in leadership Role
- Highly motivated with excellent problem solving and Object Oriented design skills.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle methodologies
- Strong communications skills (Oral and Written)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of Voice User Interface Design
- 5+ years experience using core Java and other Java technologies such as JavaScript, JSP, Servlets and Client-Server.
* MUST HAVE STRONG EXPERIENCE WITTH JAVA DEVELOPMENT.
- 5+ Years IVR Architect Experience
- 5+ Years Experience with IVR and voice applications development:
- Genesys GVP Studio
- VoiceXML, ASR, TTS and GRXML grammar development
- Web technologies: XML and XSLT, Service Oriented Architecture
- Strong relational database skills: Oracle
- Experience working in Windows and UNIX environments
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum based environments
- Experience with Datapower XML Appliance and MQ Series - a plus
