Must-Have
o Development Experience in core Java and J2EE technologies
o Deployment Experience of any Application Server
o Experience in JavaScript, XML Syntax
o Experience in any IDE ( e.g. Eclipse )
o Experience in Oracle Programming language ( PL/SQL)
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good-to-Have
o Understanding of Manufacturing IT systems (ERP/Maximo) will be an added advantage.
o Experience on any Maximo Implementation package (Design and Development)
o Prior experience working on integration of Maximo-ERP is preferred
o Ability to perform requirement review, Design solution, Develop & perform testing

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Design and development as per Project requirement using Maximo 7 product.
  • Customization of existing Maximo application/ functionality
  • Debugging and Unit Testing of Developed/Existing application
  • Direct customer interaction and Requirements definition
  • Effort Estimation and Impact Analysis for Problem Report or Change requests.
  • Create and execute Unit test Plan.
  • Perform root cause analysis and remediation for repeated issues
  • Contribute in Process Improvement activities
