Experience working with Peoplesoft BENEFITS ver 9.0 / 9.1 - A MUST
Required skills & Experience:
Must have PeopleSoft HR implementation experience. Benefits and Payroll techno-functional area strengths, reporting experience - PS query, SQR etc.
Good Coding skills in -
*PeopleSoft application designer,
*component interface
Candidate should be well versed with benefits module of Peolesoft , benefits integration and benefits open enrollment.
Strong communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with communicating effectively with technical staff.
* Functional analysis
* Facilitate business requirement gathering meetings
* Documenting BRD and developing necessary reports
* Developing and testing complex reports and planning distribution to business customers
* Preparing management roll up reports -- summary level;
