ROLE: FUNCTIONAL
Experience working with Peoplesoft BENEFITS ver 9.0 / 9.1 - A MUST
Strong business analysis skills required
Must have PeopleSoft HR implementation experience. Benefits and Payroll functional area strengths, reporting experience - PS query, SQR etc.
Required skills & Experience:
Experience and extensive knowledge in Unionized environment of the employee benefits system on PeopleSoft ERP in following areas:
(1)Benefits Configuration & rates setup
(2)Employee Benefits elections
(3) Employee and Employer benefits & payroll cost
(4) Leave Accrual and balances
(5)Preferably Benefits Administration knowledge.
(6) Business support experience and technical knowledge in understanding the information need, extracting and validating data to fulfil the need in timely fashion.
(7) PS query; SQL ; MS Access - report development skills
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience with communicating effectively with technical staff.
* Functional analysis
* Facilitate business requirement gathering meetings
