Position : C++ developer

Duration : 6 Months

Location: Redlands, California,

Experience: 6+ Years

Should be very strong development experience on Visual C++, ATL, MFC and COM. Developer is responsible for maintaining and monitoring processes for software quality and software configuration including development, unit tests, software code validation, automatic crash detection. Applications used for these activities are: Coverity, DevPartner Studio Professional, FxCop, and NUnit.

Experience

·         Following a Software Development Lifecycle on

·         Managing Application software configuration

·         Monitor and research core crash dumps

·         Writing, running, and maintaining unit tests

·         Running code validation software

·         Working with defect tracking systems

Tasks

·         Should have extensive experience in VC++, ATL, MFC and COM development

·         Should have very good experience on OOP programming

·         Monitor and run software validation applications

·         Work closely with the Software development lead to develop applications that support the overall Mapping and Charting mission

·         Work closely with other application developers to execute assigned tasks

·         Supports configuration management control of software source code and source control systems

·         Develop application design documents

·         Develop application extensions for the ArcGIS Software using VC++ and COM

·          Document and maintain the application documentation

·         Monitor and track software defects and enhancements

·         Test and replicate defects
