- 5 years of technology implementation, system integration or development experience with solid understanding of Cognos 8 or 9 BI OLAP Architecture and Administration
- Experience with application development and operational support
- Proficient in implementing user level and data level securities within Cognos
- Strong expertise with Cognos OLAP platform sizing, troubleshooting, tuning
Plusses
- Cognos 8 Certificaitons
-ITIL certification
-Experience with Global installs/configs
Experienced with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) configuration within
Day-to-Day
- Work with v10 upgrade project team to define scope, requirements and timeline
- Execution of project plan accordingly
- Document operational installation procedures, IQ/OQ, SOP and work instructions for support staff
- Transition roles and documentations to support staff
