       We have an below urgent requirement from our client.

TITLE: DATA MODELLER

LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA

DURATION: 12 months

 

Primary Responsibility:                     

We are looking for a Sr. DATA MODELLER who can do physical modeling (star schema), data mapping, data strategy development,

data growth analysis, performance tuning and documentation. Prior data warehouse design experience required, prior experience with brokerage data a HUGE plus.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Logical data model definition (ER and Star Schema) 

·         Physical data model definition (Table definitions, Index definition) 

·         Creation of data flow diagrams 

·         Source-to-Target data mapping 

·         DB user 

·         access definition 

·         Performance Tuning (Query analysis, table 

·         space/partitioning recommendations) 

 

Experience/Skills (Must have):

·         Strong Data Warehousing & Database background 

·         Data modeling – ERWIN 

·         Strong SQL knowledge 

·         Some BI background  

 

Experience/Skills (Nice to have):

·         OBIEE Background 

·         DB performance tuning
