TITLE: WebSphere Commerce Administrator
DURATION:6-12 Motnsh
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
RATE/Compensation: DOE ( Competitive )
Skill and experience requirements
* 5+ years of experience managing WebSphere deployments in a highly visible production environment.
* Environmental setup, configuration support, application deployment, and application migration.
* Technical assistance in resolving production problems including some after hours on call duties.
* Assistance in investigating technologies and recommending solutions to meet growing eCommerce needs
* System performance tuning and monitoring.
* System configuration maintenance (e.g. JDBC connection maintenance, Active Directory connection maintenance and application connectivity support.)
* Experience with Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)
* Experience with WebSphere MQ v6 +
* Must have infrastructure systems engineering experience in WebSphere (not just application development experience).
* Experience developing integrated service management solutions to resolve highly complex technical and application issues.
* Perl, vi, Korn, Bourne and support
* Work on server automation, service management, and deployment products.
* Revision Control Systems (cvs, svn, git)
* Strong experience with scalable, high availability infrastructures.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with WebSphere eCommerce platform
* Basic knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Weblogic will be a plus.
* Basic knowledge of wsadmin, jython, and Ant will be a plus.
