Requirements
Strong C#, ASP.NET Framework 3.5, .NET WinForms
Strong SQL skills (SQL 2005) and database modeling skills
OOPS, XML, XSLT, XSD
Good Javascript, HTML, CSS skills
Needs to have good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and self-motivated
Thorough understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle methodology
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to perform well under stress (trading floor location)
Experience with Source Control Management processes
8+ years of working experience as a Developer/Analyst
5+ years of working experience using Microsoft Development tools
4+ years of working experience in C#
2+ years of n-Tier application development
Experience with Agile methodologies
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
Nice to have Skills:
Background in Loan Trading from a systems and/or operational standpoint
Hibernate or other ORM based methodologies
Good general knowledge of design patterns
Understanding of Testing frameworks and the benefits of Mock data tests
