1 year of working experience in XML Technologies
Oracle 11i - Sql writing knowledge
Knowledge of JEE patterns
Working experience in Java 6
Working experience in JUnit
Working experience in Maven

Nice to have skills:
Workflow experience
SSO experience
Web 2.0 development experience
