JOB TITLE : SQL/SSRS Report Developer
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Visa Needed: US Citizen, Greencard, GC EAD, TN-Visa
Interview: Phone and Skype

Must-haves
3+ years experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008
Advanced report development utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services
Experience in writing advanced T-SQL and creating complex stored procedures; performance tuning of SQL queries
Ability to translate business requirements into technical design documents for report and schema specifications
Knowledge of best practices with regards to designing and deploying business intelligence solutions
Hands on experience with SSIS and SSAS preferred
Strong working knowledge of relational database constructs and data warehousing concepts
BS or BA in Computer Science or related field (Graduate degree is desirable).
3+ years previous experience in programming/software development.
A background in the healthcare industry is a plus
Significant experience with MS SQL, relational databases, database structures and design, data management, and data warehousing is required

Application Developers are responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of business applications using appropriate tools and technologies. Under the guidance of the Technical Manager or Business Applications Manager, they will collaborate with company customers, staff members, IT colleagues, and other stake holders to define detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, access the application / solution design and develop solutions to satisfy the business requirements.
