·         3-6 years experience analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and implementing services and applications using both SDLC practices.

·         Significant knowledge of Java, HTML, SQL, and the Spring Framework.

·         Solid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, and UML

·         Real understanding (and ability to explain) Java 6 features, especially annotations and generics.

·         Web development experience using Spring MVC

·         Web Service experience using CXF, JAX-WS, JAX-RS and JAX-B.

·         Significant experience using XMLSpy, JUnit, soapUI, or HP Web Service tester

·         Significant development experience using Eclipse-based IDEs and Tomcat.

·         Solid understanding of relational databases.
